Making Me Cranky is the creation of the Keegan Gross family. The content is about eighty percent Maggie and twenty percent Josh. The design and other interwebby stuff is all Josh with a little input from Maggie.
Maggie used to be Maggie Keegan, and Josh was Josh Gross. We were married in August of 2004 and took each other’s names, becoming Keegan Gross.
Three and a half years later Eleanor Maria joined our family and has been making us cranky ever since.
The Keegan Gross Family lives in Los Angeles. Josh and Maggie both grew up in suburbs of L.A. and attended UCLA.
Josh is pretty much a total nerd. He majored in History and now designs websites part time and has a day job in higher education. He enjoys cooking, reading, and changing poopy diapers.
Maggie used to be pretty punk rock, and now is a little less punk and a little more Martha Stewart, or at least she wishes. After graduating from UCLA where she also majored in History and minored in Women’s Studies she went to Pepperdine Law School. She is currently an Estate Planning attorney and works mainly from home. She enjoys reading, writing, photography, and nap time. She does not enjoy cleaning, dieting, and exercising, but attempts to do each regularly.
Eleanor loves bath time, eating sand, climbing on furniture, and reading books. She has a great sense of humor and is the most social and energetic toddler we know.
We started this blog in March of 2008 to keep our friends and families informed about the events of Eleanor’s life. We used to be keegangross.com because we couldn’t imagine that people we didn’t know in real life would want to read our blog, but over time our traffic grew and we decided that we needed a more interesting name and a complete site redesign. Thus, the birth of makingmecranky.com. We hope you enjoy!
