We had a great time. The model was amazing! Gorgeous and cute and funny! The best smile! And really what is sexier than a great smile? It’s all about smiles and shoulders if you ask me!
While they aren’t my usual style–studio with backdrops and multiple lighting set-ups–I am crazy about the images I shot!
I will be posting them throughout the week. One each today, tomorrow, and Thursday. And I believe that Amy is posting her images on the same schedule, so be sure to head on over to Teegan Photography and check out her’s as well.
WARNING: There is plenty of nudity in the coming posts, so you might not want to check them out at work. To help you all out with that and you know, protect the children, I’m password-protecting the posts.
Be warned, you may catch the baby fever if you scroll any further. It’s extremely contagious!
The lucky parents, Kristy & Andrew, informed me that she is a “good” baby as opposed to Eleanor the “bad” baby, meaning this one eats and sleeps and doesn’t cry excessively like a normal baby. Unlike Eleanor who didn’t want to eat or sleep (unless she was in our arms) and was crying if she was awake! I can’t imagine what it would be like to have a “good” baby! I’m completely jealous!
Audrey was very calm and sweet and didn’t get too upset at me for making her pose for pictures.
The next two are my favorite:
Eleanor would love this nursery! We’ll have to bring her by to visit soon. She’ll be thrilled to see her two very favorite things: babies & owls!
Thank you guys for welcoming me into your home to capture these images of the newest member of your family! Remember to let us know if you need anything! We are beyond happy for you! Babies change everything, in the most amazing ways!
We have a little family tradition that I started when Eleanor was just a tiny baby. Every Sunday morning (some Saturday mornings and an occasional evening or weekday morning by special request) we have a family dance party! The big event starts right after breakfast and we are, most often, still in our pajamas. Just a few of Eleanor’s favorite songs and dance moves get us ready to start our day!
Despite the fact that we have exposed Eleanor to a pretty wide range of musical genres, and although she seems to enjoy any and all music, she clearly has a preference for a catchy pop song that you can dance to. Her favorites at the moment are Lady Gaga’s Pokerface and Just Dance, Beyonce’s Single Ladies, and Rhianna’s Umbrella. Her all time favorite, that I’ve been playing for her since she was tiny, is the Jackson 5, especially Rockin’ Robin and ABC. Her dance moves, by the way, as you’ll see shortly are variations on jumping up and down, some sort of pony-like trot, and running in a circle. We need to get this girl in dance class.
Here she is at a specially requested afternoon dance party:
