I’m pretty sure that Eleanor has the sixth sense. The other day we were in the bathroom and she stared wide-eyed into the empty shower and whispered, “who dat?” I asked her what she was talking about and she just pointed and whispered, “who dat?” She was like a mini female Haley Joel Osment. Creepy.

I didn’t think about it again until we were visiting the Schubert’s new apartment. Apparently, the building is full of old people and they suspect that their apartment became vacant because it’s previous resident passed away.
We came by the weekend they moved in to bring them dinner and see the new place. During our tour Eleanor went into the bathroom and came out and said that the “Doctor” was in there. She came out and asked to go see the “Doctor” again. Throughout the evening she kept wanting to go into either the bathroom, the closet, or the bedroom to see the “Doctor”. Clearly the Schuberts are being haunted by Dr. Ghost.
Kids are so creepy.

I had two fun photo shoots this weekend. One is for a little semi-secret project I’m working on, so you’ll have to wait to hear about that one. The other was a Teegan Photography Just For Fun Shoot that Amy invited me to tag along on. Thanks Amy!
Amy had styled a very cute shoot with her best friend Angela, a white Marilyn Monroe style dress, my black dining room chairs, and a whole bunch of balloons. Unfortunately, the wind did not cooperate and Amy wasn’t able to capture her vision. But I think she still got some good shots. I didn’t really get any good shots of Angela with the Balloons. But I was lucky enough to get some great Schubert boy photos.
Andrew and his brother Daniel came along to help out. Well, Daniel was there to help. Andrew just stopped by to say hello, but got stuck with balloon untangling duty.

Notice the horizontal position of the balloons. Super windy. Not the look Amy was going for.

Andrew also helped out by carrying the chairs back to Amy’s truck. I told him that Daniel had carried four at once when we arrived, so Andrew, of course, had to show him up by carrying all six. What a tough guy.

After giving up on the balloon and chair idea, I suggested we move locations to the loading dock. I got some great shots of Angela there, but you’ll have to wait until Part Two tomorrow for those!

So, I’m sorry about last week, but I’m back and we have a full week of posts ready to go for this week! And actually, I split up my Thanksgiving photos into four posts, but I don’t want to drag a single holiday through this entire week, so I’ll be double posting today and tomorrow. This should make up for the lack of posts last week, right? Seven whole posts in five days! Pretty exciting stuff! On to Thanksgiving:
We started out Thanksgiving with Josh making a very special holiday bagel run!

Eleanor got a pumpkin bagel.

Josh got some sort of cheese bagel with herby cream cheese. It was really good.

I had an egg bagel with pumpkin cream cheese, delicious, but a little too sweet.

I also had some chai tea and topped it off with whipped cream because we had it in the fridge and we never have whipped cream in the fridge. Oh, and that’s my “I Survived Andrew & Amy’s Wedding” mug, super cute wedding favor right? It may be the only wedding favor that I have ever kept and used. Thanks guys!
We found A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving on YouTube to watch while we had breakfast. Eleanor loved it! Which was a surprise to me since she had no real interest in It’s the Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown. She has been asking to watch “Carly Bown” ever since.

Breakfast was followed by some hanging around the house in our pajamas and then a nap for Eleanor and off to my dad’s for an early afternoon dinner.
