I have been waiting to have the time to write a nice long post about what has been going on, but I don’t seem to be able to find enough free time.  So, you can look forward to a few mini posts today and tomorrow to get you up to speed with us.

First of all, I decided that I would take some pressure off by stopping my studying for the bar the Friday before the exam.  Although, it didn’t quite work out that way, I ended up studying a couple hours Sunday morning and a couple of hours Monday night (the Exam began on Tuesday).  I also thought that since neither I nor Josh had our hair cut all summer we would go that weekend to make sure I looked good for taking my test.  And for me, when I look good I feel good, although I’m sure having your hair done is not what most would consider sensible preparation for the bar exam.

Eleanor’s hair has been growing quickly and was looking kinda scraggly so we decided she would get her first haircut.  She did pretty well. She sat in Daddy’s lap and wasn’t scared at all. She only tried to see what Stacy, our friend and stylist, was doing with those scissors a few times.  She was mostly interested in the jungle print on her cape.
