Here’s another of my favorite Christmas songs. There are a million versions of this song. My favorites are the newer versions. I love the Zoey Deschanel and Leon Redbone version from the Elf Soundtrack, which I couldn’t find an embeddable video of, but you can listen to it HERE), and the Selma Blair and Rainn Wilson gender reversal version from the Gap Holiday Commercials few years back. For comparison sake, I’ve included my least favorite version by Dean Martin, who really makes it sound like a song about date rape. Creepy!

A Belated Song for Saturday: Santa Baby

I’m so excited for Christmas! This is my favorite time of the year.

I’m starting off the season with one of my favorite Christmas songs, Santa Baby. It reminds me of Marilyn Monroe era Hollywood-beautiful women, diamonds, and extravagance. So much fun!

While I love the original Eartha Kitt version, I found this Pussycat Dolls cover and thought it was fun. I love the Christmas lingerie!
